Do you support returns/exchanges?

Shop worry-free with us, we offer free returns and exchanges on all Singapore orders!

Contact us at info@knoppababy.com within 14-days of placing your order to process a return or exchange. Goods must be in original condition - unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels intact. 

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@knoppababy.com and we will look into this for you.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship orders to Singapore, but are actively working on expanding to other regions!

How should I care for my Knoppa products?

To keep Knoppa products in tip-top shape, we recommend a cold wash and hang dry. However, you can choose to use a regular wash and tumble dry on low, but do take note that the fabric might pill slightly.
